You're desperate to get someone banned. Did he place the colony with the intention of farming right on the tick he placed? When was he conquered? Eh?

Also, anyone reporting people for "foul language" needs to get out and take a deep breath of fresh air. That's one of the lowest ways to try to get someone banned, if you're getting pressured or angered through foul language on the internet then shame.
