Have you all followed the instructions in the connection guide ("client not loading?" at the top of help desk)?

yes, I have delete temp int files and cookies. I'm using IE7 at work and IE6 at home.

Now that I am home, everything is working fine. Maybe my company is blocking "certain" traffic.

It could be, many company proxies/firewalls will block certain applications and sites so Battle Dawn may be being blocked by them.

Yeah..it is very common for commercial and industrial network admins to block certain 'kinds' of websites, or flash movies, etc.

I used to work at a place that basically blocked anything that wasnt necessary to do the job you were meant to do. I tried to access BD from there, and it wouldn't even load the main portal page because it had flash movies playing on it.
