When will the in game guide/help be done? I just recently converted from the old client to the new one and I don't know how to upgrade my OPs to Radars and what's different from the new client from the new one. Please reply.

Changing outposts is the exact same as before. Set an outpost, make sure you have the correct structure, and then click on the outpost, then click on the upgrade you wish to use. No difference there. All the guides are being written currently by experienced players of the game. Harvester, a fellow moderator is one of those people.

The in-game guide sections (the ones you get to by clicking the question mark icon in the corner of the window you are viewing) are in the process of being added now. Over the course of the next couple weeks, you will slowly start to see them appear in the game client.
