If a bunch of colonies get banned around you, are you allowed to conquer them? Is that bad form?

Do they get removed or do they get turned into outposts?

you are allowed to conquer them solong as you can. It's not seen as bad, just an oportunity, the fact is that even tho you conquer them you won't receive resources from them. After some ticks have passed they'll turn into OPs so they don't occupy more space in the server.
