We need to have a meeting,
I do not want to waste an era on a team that isn't orgainzed. Zodic, so far you are the organizer I believe. You need to set up a big meeting where we can vote on what we want; place, era, locaton, leader, rest of the members, and etc.

In order to win, or at least easier. I find it easier to win through democracy then dictatorship. When I lead, I pick all the decisons but every member has a voice and they let me know what they want. If most of the team decieds of a creatian thing, then we do it. Most of my members in F1 right now leave the choices up to me since I have played with them and I know whats the best for the team. A dictatorship will win an era with ease sometmes too. But if you want to keep coming back and winning, you must have a core group of players who help make decisions.
