Is it possible to 'escape' a lockdown,if you set your squads to leave an OP previous to lock down, just with a delay?

I'm just curious how the engine works in that respect... does the 'move' command initiate when the delay is over, or does the move command just get set with a longer time?

I haven't had a chance to test it myself yet :D

Pretty sure they're fine if you leave before the lockdown, regardless if you delay your troops or not.

well yea... if you set to leave the OP before hand, no delay, your troops are registered as off the OP..

But as long as your troops are delayed, tehy are still seen and used, as if they were on the colony/OP ... just liek in battles or nukes... they are calculated as still there... but what about spy lockdowns? spy attacks still effect it...but do lockdowns? :)

If for example, your troops move out of the op say 10 mins before the tick ends and 2 mins later the op is locked down by a spy, your troops will still have left the op.

lets try to explain with example::

---TICK 100---
I launch squads with a delay of 3 to another OP
---TICK 102---
Lockdown Initiated
spam squad hits the OP,and scouts my units on the OP (delay 1 remaining)
---TICK 103---
???

on tick 102, the op is locked down,so no units can leave... and it can be seen that the units are still in the OP because of the scout after the lockdown...
On tick 103, the delay should end,and the units should 'launch' from the OP...
or....
does the lockdown prevent it from leaving?

I think they launch... simply because of what i've seen...

but if it were a TRUE delay,it is a launch delay... not a speed delay ;)

Delayed units are still on the OP, they wouldn't move.

Should be changed since the troops are effectivly still on the OP while delayed.
