Dear Token admin,

Im writing to inform you of the lack of credits in my account, for one, its saying on my phone that i ordered 3 x £10 top ups, which in reality only two were purchased (but i was still charged) secondly, this takes the biscuit completely, i have received NO CREDITS WHATSOEVER, i stared today with 20 red tokens, and to my surprise, im still sat here with only 20 TOKENS, i need not stress how angry and frustrated i am, and must explain that im keeping rather calm-headed about this ABISMAL situation.

Need i not also remind you that i will NOT hesitate to take legal action, if you would like me too, i can even take this to the press, and put BD's name in the firing line for a large amount of criticism. I dont want to take any such action and would appreciate it very much if you could emburse my "lost" tokens, i also think that compensation is in order for this monumental screw-up, dont you?

Please write to me asap with a detailed play of action that you are going to follow up regarding this message.

I hope everything runs smoothly and everyone becomes happy, unfortunately at the moment because of you, i am not!

Hi. Sorry to hear of your difficulties. No need for all the dramatic stuff, just need to choose the correct method of reporting.

Before we begin, please make sure to refresh the game client by either using the refresh button, or by logging out of the world and then logging back in. After a successful transaction, you need to do this in order to see that the tokens are then available on your account.

Next, let me start by making something clear. We do not handle the payment directly. We rely on outside services such as OneBip to collect payment for us, and then notify us that a transaction was made at which point your tokens are delivered to your account.

If your payment was taken, and your tokens were not delivered, it means that something along the way was either done incorrectly, or was interrupted, or simply failed. At this point though, if you paid and have not received your tokens, that means that OneBip (assuming that is the service you used since you didn't clearly state) has your money.

On that end, there are a couple things you can do:

1.) Contact Onebip Customer Service. This is because there may have been a problem with securing the transaction. Since we dont handle your payment personally, they would know best if there was some complication to the transaction. And, if the note to our servers was incorrectly sent or failed, they would be able to send the note again to show the transaction was successful

2.) You can contact me by email ([email protected]). Please provide me with the order number or transaction ID number for your transaction, and the tracking ID number that is in the forum message you got from the 'token administration' bot. This would only help if OneBip has sent us the aforementioned note signaling a successful transaction, so you should still contact OneBip customer service just in case.



OneBip seems to have been a reliable service and we don't often get any reports of problems with them. Have you dealt with OneBip before?

In regards to your message, such measures WILL be taken, whether you say they NEED to be or not, I'm very capable of compiling evidence, and will have no problem in pursuing this actively. You see, if it was small petty money such as £5 then i would not kick up such a fuss, but considering it was £30, i think you can understand where I'm coming from.

At the moment i find myself being bemused and livid, emotions ive never come across at the same time, and it really lets out the anger in me, unfortunately for you (Please Note: I'm not singling out you seth, but instead i criticize the way in which this has become a problem and is aimed at the company itself.), i have contacted my soliciting agency, and they have advised me to TELL you, that it is your problem and i should NOT be left to pick up the pieces, after all i am your "customer", not that my satisfaction rating would be good at the moment.

I expect you to resolve this problem, and too actively pursue it, please don't make begin to become influential in the real world, as this could be very bad news for you, I expect for you to solve this because i'm in now way to blame.

If there's any information your require to solve this issue please PM me or reply here.

You also AVOIDED/MISSED my question regarding compensation, when you finally realize this isn't some elaborate plot to scam you out of tokens, YOU WILL give me compensation, and theres no if's or but's about it.

Thanks for your time seth, and again this is not a personal vendetta against you, and i hold no grudges. I believe me and you have spoke before about this.

Look man. So far, you are handling things like we are trying to rip you off! Thats not how we work here. I have no problem compensating you for your trouble, but a little advice from my G-ma for you "you get more flies with honey" ;) (compensation is not mandatory, but I like to offer it to anyone who has problems with payment systems purely because we appreciate the business and it isnt the customer's fault any more than it is ours. I understand that time lost is valuable in these cases. Thats not to say that I wont give less to someone who likes to act a fool than I would to someone who was really patient and understanding that this is all unintentional, and that no one is trying to rip anyone off...keep that in mind!)

I really am sorry for your troubles, and completely understand, as I have made online purchases on other games and run into problems in my past as well. I know it sucks, but poking me in the chest and being demanding doesnt speed up the process of helping you. Therefore, I stick by the "no need for all the dramatics", purely because I am going to help you as much as I can whether or not you yell & scream. It makes more logical sense that you remain calm and read what I say carefully.

I mentioned (in option 2 above) everything I needed from you, and the correct avenue to getting me that information. Please calm down...

Ok...now read my directions in step 2 again. Then follow those steps and we will go from there. I should be here for most of the night. I only have a couple small appointments this afternoon that I must keep, but beyond that, I will be here to help you.

P.S. You stated that you had contacted your soliciting agency. Does this mean that you contacted OneBip Customer Service? Please bear in mind that you are using their services as well and are therefore also their customer! The reason I am asking you to contact them is that there are sometimes problems between them and the cell phone service providers. In these cases, we would be unaware since OneBip are the ones actually handling your payment in the 1st person. This is hardly "picking up the peices", and more like beginning a process of elimination. If they state that your transaction was successful, then we must check our systems to see if the error is indeed on our end.

UPDATE:

I just checked on our end, and it appears that the last transaction note we got going to the account "Swiftkilla123" was on June 4th (one of 3 posted that day). This goes back to my fear that something has happened with your transaction on the side of OneBip, and it is imperitive that you contact them regarding what the problem may be!

Let me be clear that we have not received your funds at this time! I am in no way stating that I dont beleive what you say is true. I am stating that something appears to have been complicated between your Cell phone provider and OneBip systems. Because the transaction has not actually been forwarded to us, we have no way of knowing what those problems are!

As of right now, I do not have any of the information I asked for and this limits my ability to offer any assistance.

the exactly same thing happened to me but the only thing different is that i used paypal. I still didnt get my money or my tokens back yet.
