I don't look at skill mate... I look at the ability and wanting to learn in people... I want the people that want to learn and have the ability to do well as long as they have others teaching them...So your cockyness being shown there doesn't help you in anyway...I look at Alex and I can see if he has the right people beside him he will prevail as a top 10 player or atleast a top 12...And Bork I can see he wants to win an era and will Do anything He can to do that..Shows determination... I have to take all those things into consideration when I make my choice...The reason I ask for best finish and best alliance finish is so I can see where you have been before...And the Pros and Cons is so I can see where I can help you improve and so I know what I can expect from you...As for L33t I was wanting him in the First oVo alliance just there wasn't really enough room cause he came with another person...So he eventually fell to the wrathe of oVo when he joined the enemy but...I know he wanted in and I could see he was a team player as well as a loyal one...Which is why he kindly declined the offer that was put for him...And I admire that from a player... So you see its not just skill I look at and there is a reason for the questions that are asked...Not just for skilled players...Don't get me wrong I have asked Players like John Howard and Kane...And have been Declined by both respectively...JOhn because he doesn't want to play an era and Kane because he doesn't play Fantasy...But as you see from the line up there are some strong players there aswell...
