I was given conflicting orders. Recruit on your own. Then after I did that I was ordered to invite more than an alliance's worth of people.  Concerning stealing conquers. Since this alliance was not as preplanned as TSK was, naturally some of the members would start in the middle with you. I ordered them not to compete with you but being so close it's natural that such would occur...

Its ok the player was not very active and got conquered and I picked my conquers back up and conquered his conqueror
