Actually, no. This forum is to discuss war and diplomatic discussions for various eras, in this case, Earth 4. There may well be a forum to discuss suspicious activity. This is not it.

But in that forum, wherever it may be, repetition of fiction, beyond the storytelling adventure it provides, would be minimally impacting. As has been pointed out by the mod who actually banned the account, that mod neither plays E4 nor launches attacks there. No inside information was considered, as the ban itself was announced on the board, and, interestingly, few seemed to actually know it translated in game, where no visible sign of a ban was on display as with other bans.

Thus, your, now repetitive, statements that some OTHER mod did the banning and launched an attack against the banned player's alliance in game go beyond fiction and become lies for they keep getting said even after you have been provided data which corrects your view.

You are clearly not about verifying any facts, as when facts are verified, you demurely and blithely ignore them. You restate fiction, making them lies. You do so in an improper venue and you bring to light merely your own ridiculous world view.

I'm glad Nir-kitty, also a mod, also attacking an alliance in this thread, has stopped you guys from posting. You lack the charm and grace we Muppets have. An apology to Cookie is in order. A sincere one if for nothing other than being told the truth and preferring to ignore it.

I am in neither of the alliances on E4, I have simply brought to light a subject that definitely needs addressed. I don't know all the facts and have only stated what the rumors were and stated that they need looked into.

I would feel great pity for you and some loss as an American if you really found the simple words used in the previous post as words requiring external sourcing to come up with. I pray you didn't cramp up thumbing through the pages to identify their meaning.

At no point in my post were you insulted. I made the simple statement, your REPETITIVE statements contrary to the facts become lies when they are not corrected by the expression of the facts. You asked about rumors. You were given answers. You have yet to adjust your statements to reflect the reality provided.

While a negative reflection on you, it is not an utterance of an insult by me toward you, merely some guilt on your part in recognition of what you've done here and the fact pride and ego are now preventing you from saying, "You know what, you're right, the rumors were wrong, and I'm glad to have discovered that."

If you have served your country in some capacity, I salute your effort there. Such effort does not require a statement of permanent deference, especially when faced with childish, immature behavior. Being lectured when you're wrong is something you never grow out of or get excluded from for past good acts.

It is a ridiculous world view to ignore facts and refuse to acknowledge information given you. As I suggested, it is not an insult to you by me, but, one you've given yourself by your actions. That I recognize them may be jolting to you, but, given time to reflect, you'll discover a thank you is in order. I appreciate your input. As I told Marissa's Dad, this not the forum for his complaints. But, given you failed to engage the thread when the lies were being uttered, when defense is mounted it is bad form to ask it to stop. I completely agree ALL reference to this should be split from this thread and moved to the appropriate forum and wish this thread could be devoted to the purpose.

But, YOUR proper action is to call on those who came here with rumor and have now started telling lies be asked to clarify their words.

Oluvai, both you and marissasdad were on the verge of flaming, and were getting further and further off topic, which would've been good cause for it to have been locked. I did not engage the thread because I was not involved, nor do I take any sides yet as to who's done what because I honestly don't know. I will not join in on something simply to be with the majority, I prefer to have facts at my disposal if at all possible, so don't automatically assume I failed anything.

MY proper action is up to me to decide, hence it is my choice, same as your actions are yours. Still, you do make a fantastic first impression...


As to the topic at hand... I've heard plenty about mod's abusing their powers, however, without proof of their actions they cannot be held accountable. Unfortunately, finding proof is a bit of a conundrum as most of it can be deleted by said mods. Another obstacle is that, while some might not admit it, the mods and admins are often friends who would cover things up for each other. I'm not suggesting a conspiracy, I'm just showing why searching for proof, and hence bringing this topic up, is pointless. Even if there is anything out there, it won't last very long once brought up.

Oluvai, your first few posts I read were humorous and had me chuckling here and there.
