Trister never said he left S, he meant kick, and we all know it. It was on the MSN group chat. Someone brought it to his attention that he is joining DRAW and removing the relic from our hive. Trister wanted those available to see what was the best choice - Routhy, joining the enemy, you'll be fighting against us anyway after you join, no? Or do they just want to have another relic for them to load troops and come right back for us.

Also...none of the MASS messages done says Routhy left if you read it carefully...

Routhy, if you had wanted to leave the alliance, you should have massed or personally sent out a message to Trister.

You sent nothing, no notification whatsoever. You successfully built the settlement AND starting withdrawing the relic, and haven't said a thing. If you were to tell us, did you not believe there would be a different outcome?

You joining DRAW...which is now our enemy is, to me, is not honorable. When you joined DRAW, will you not fight us, your former alliance? You would stand by while your alliance fights? Even if you were to, YOUR relic is still around S. After you joined DRAW, you guys can easily pack units there and run them along to us.

I have already explained what I was going to do with the relic, and why I couldn't tell Trister in advance.

The answer has been previously posted. In short, he was sending the relic away from us, which looked like he was taking it with him. 2) he was about to join the enemy. If he had accepted the invitation before relocating, his colony would had given DRAW a direct path into our hive.

If he had messaged me that he was leaving for the enemy, I would have responded with, leave the relic, send your squads out (maybe 24 ticks out), raze your ops, and relocate ASAP. Or some sort of agreement.

When leading an alliance, I hold no one to stay. (not that anyone can make anyone stay in an alliance) It only causes more problems. The door is open if they want to leave. I just expect a notice of some sort and to talk things out that might need to be.

My problem as explained previously is that he had a relic. The relic we all took part in capturing. The relic belongs to S, not him. I don't care that he was joining DRAW. What I do care is that once he joined all his units was going to be close by, or worse on his colony right in our hive. Even more worse is that DRAW would of then be able to teleport to his colony and attack us from there.

Maybe you have said it, but I don't recall reading it anywhere. So you couldn't tell me you were about to leave? Why? You think I would have kicked you and attacked you simply because you were joining DRAW, the enemy? NO! We attacked because we had no knowledge of anything and didn't want to take any risks of losing the relic, or getting attacked from within.

You were going to send it to Africa. I don't know if THEONE was on there with you. But if not, there was nobody in south africa to take the relic from you. Are you saying that once you offloaded your units you would have sent the relic back to us? I don't think you would have. In fact the relic would have been too far for us to even spend the resources chasing it, considering we in mid-war. Yes you have explained you intensions with the relic, but it was unknown at the time, because you didn't inform me/us.
