luram, ur post did nothing, they got banned because of M2 not E2 where they did nothing wrong

and what lucifer/lilly mean is that backstabbing is something that is posible to do and so is making a colony send resources, here is what say in the rules about farming:
"2.2.1. Farming: Participate in any activity within Services for the sole purpose of gaining Game Resources, without participating in actual gameplay; and/or acquiring Game Resources in order to sell them to other Users in exchange for cash, payment or other benefits; establishing Users for the sole purpose of transferring Game Resources to Your other accounts. You shall not solicit or endorse any 3rd party to participate in Services in order to convey Game Resources to You."

well, from this nub shulden't have been banned since he gave the resources, he didn't give them, and there is really no evidence of dommy endorsing people to give him resources, so not sure how he could be convicted for it "you are inocent till proven guilty"

Colonies built, skipped tutorial, joined the same alliance as Dommy, sent him their resources and left.

That action alone incriminates both the person who sent the resources and Dommy.

id rather have a friend who u says cheat the way we did on other worlds!! for some1 else rather than be friends wif people who like blind siding their own friends as u guys do,

and i know i'm being a jerk defending farmers, but rules need to be change, as it is now nothing they did deserve a bann (if u look at the rules)

Some of the banned players were multiing, some were creating farm colonies to send resources to their friends.

Here are the rules that incriminate both multi and friend farms, and multi accounts in general, exactly as they appear in the Terms of Use Agreement, which every player is required to read as part of the registration process:
