WaLR (formerly XXIV but changed name to We all Love Renee to honor the late lancealots widow, Renee) has been soundly taken down a few pegs by the vastly superior alliance Arch.

Yea it shocked everyone on Earth 2. I don't think Arch is superior maybe WaLR got cought off guard but I gotta hand it to Arch they know when to back stab and take advantage of another alliance. It doesn't show much honor but people do whatever they need to do to gain a victory.Oh and do you play E2 too?

ARCH handled the situation very well given the circumstances. I don't see why they didn't prepare to relocate though. In their current location many of the powerful armies headed to WaLR are now headed to them. I was on for 3 ticks and I saw at least 5 giant groups of 20+ squads headed in that direction (I am leader of SWT2 so you have an idea of where I am seeing this from).

But let me make it known that I would have never done something like this.... ever. I guess it just depends on your level of honor and how you view your objectives in the game.

But WaLR.... they shouldn't have let something like this happen. If I was rank 1 like FTK was, I wouldn't even think of having more than 60% of my forces off base. The rest of WaLR should have thought likewise. 50% of their forces would have been more than enough to crush almost any enemy if used correctly, but they had a habit of attacking things by themselves and taking far more losses than needed.

I have to clap my hands for this, this is the most successful, well coordinated and planned backstab I have seen in my entire career as BattleDawn Player! That's 3 years of battledawn, for those keeping the score.


I am glad your proud, I would be very proud indeed. We trusted you, we let you invite our conquers, we granted you protection, we gave you a few of our members, we helped you build up, we offered you our hand in friendship and you accepted. And this, this is how you repay us? By attacking us? By brutally betraying our trust and kill us whilst relocating?

By not even granting us a warning, allowing us to finish our relocation and have a fair fight? While taking advantage of us moving AWAY from you and grant you our previous territory?


I dare say that Arch by no means deserves a spot in the list of BattleDawn Alliances. Shame on you!

I don't post very often, but in this case I will make an exception. Arch displayed very poor judgement in their attack on us and while the attack was successful (for reasons I don't want to discuss) the cost was too high. They have lost all allies in the game and will soon lose much more than they gained in their shameful attack.

We will watch this with pleasure, so enjoy your last few ticks.

well, apparently the whole story is not coming out here, I herd that WALR was trying to recurit members of ARCH and the leader didnt like this and attacked instead.

Not condoning what they did, but I have to say it is fairly halirous

but, seriously, even if they do get conquered, I'm thinking their happy as long as they dont get conquered by WALR

I know if I was in their position, I would have backstabbed, relocated next to CAE and get conquered by them, move the relics to them and everythings clean, cause WaLR has worked harder for their achievements and for them to loose it like that in a heartbeat, its more of a moral victory for them I think.
