Kosta does bring up a good point. What he describes sounds most dishonorable on HOFs part and would void the NAP in BD court.

If HOF didn't abuse our NAP in every single way possible the deal would still stay, but you just thought you can steal our bounty crystals, guard all our enemies by letting us relocate near you etc.

I can understand you guys being pissed off about us letting alliances relocate to aussie. But maybe you shouldn't break NAPs or backstab those alliances in the first place. (TFA)
And for LIT, i don't think we got a single crystal from them

Who was the backstabber? HOF or HINI? Who is he who has no honour and is therefore guilty in BD court?

BD is about honour and justice (and tactics, skill, and diplomacy).
