But I think if you don't sit down and give your all for your alliance, no matter what one you are in, it won't be enough. If you're looking to fail instead of looking for ways to succeed, you'll generally find a way. Finding the success in any scenario is the key. If everyone has that very same outlook, most alliances will generally always fall apart. I can't say for certain but I find that this holds true in most team based sports: Success usually is grown by improving what you already have, rather than jumping from team to team or place to place hoping it will find you.
