btw. relics move slower then ordinary squads

Yes so moving a relic so 50 a squad will hit it in 25. Relics take twice as long than squads.

if i remember correctly it doesnt use oil i think you can just move it

Well there is only 10 on each world so you gotta be quick when they are released or be strong enough to take one from someone else.
