Sure, there weren't 5 alliances bucking with us to get at the relics, there were two or three.

But that's only because we annihilated a few before relics dropped.

And annihilated a few after relics dropped.

Trust me, there was plenty of competition, but with the likes of me, Zoz (iirc, that was his original name), LoW, and a few others, we were able to quickly and decisively eliminate all but the top competition alliance before they did the same to us. Zoz had top rank before tick 200, and kept it the entire round, and that was on the old scoring system.

Arguing about it is a waste of time, even if you think WaVe was as good as the likes of UBL, there is the issue of your alliance being able to attack twice as quickly. Might as well have played on a mars world with twice the conquer density.

Double movement range =/= halving the minimum distance away from a colony that you can plant.

Double movement range increases the radius of short flight distances which is basically the same thing as doubling the density of conquers.

i saw some of them playing on e2. they were crashed before half time. and im not even talking about loosing, im talking about falling apart with the worst decision making i've ever seen from a (self?) claimed top alliance.
so i do believe that WaVe would not do such a great job in a server which has BUL (and of course the 5th sub ) , RO, MWJ, KOH, BBS, GLA and CAAT all together (sorry if i forgot someone).

LoM, TK, BUL, RO, JuD, ARM, FAM was another era... few top alliances filled with the best players of this game (yourself included of course ).

You don't get it both ways, if you are arguing with us, you're not acting as a staff member. Participating in game related disputes where you are a pivotal, and in this case the instigating member, means you are a player. Just because you feel the thread is not going your way does not mean you can say we're not allowed to argue with you and that we are insulting you, when that is not the case.

I didn't moderate the thread, I was just telling him that insulting me is a bad idea. Figured I'd do that instead of just running and getting another staff member first, who would tell him exactly the same thing. But guess next time I'll just be the bad guy and run to my fellow mods before anything else.

Last time I checked calling somebody a social outcast is an insult. It's the same as a regular member telling somebody to stop insulting them before they report them. Looks like you're not able to make the connection, however.
