IMO I can sum this up in a few sentances.

MOA: Hey that was a really low move.

f69: We can attack you if we want.

mL: I guess we should have taken your 2 relics then, shame on us for trusting you and thinking you were our friends.

f69: We didn't have a NAP

mL: We thought we did, that's a bummer, either way your attack was still low.

f69: We are still on our pedestal.

mL: So what I'll never trust you again, we all think it was a low move.



My opinion. It was vultching by f69 but there is a reason why vultures are one of the few things living in the desert. Smart move by f69, sorta saw it coming, mL or Prr could have taken f69's 2 relics, shoot I almost took one but I'm too lazy for war. Then a few days later f69 takes mL's on the way back.

I haven't been watching too closely though. I still say a jerk move on f69 but I wouldn't call them jerks if that makes sense, I guess not. I think cbuzz is just saying he feels betrayed then f69 is being waaaay over defensive.

I jokingly offered mL to let me have their relic because before I had heard anything from UE or f69(yeah I got a lot of hate mail for toot spamming UE silos), I just sorta figured f69 would take advantage of the situation and hit mL.

Sadly you have to learn to trust no one, even if f69 had said "yes we have a NAP", I wouldn't have trusted them at all, that's just how I roll though.

I hope this doesn't incite more bickering *crosses paws*. You learn and fight on.

There's a mistake in there... you have mL saying they thought they had a NAP. Which is simply not true, Mo and I made it very clear to them that there was no diplomatic obligation in place...

Also, mL COULD have taken our two relics, but not gotten them out of Africa. We have more units.

Mo: It's called context. That conversation, while only a figment of my imagination, is basically what you said in a nutshell about Kane checking on the diplomatic status of an alliance you had marked as friendly. I do agree with you that this is BATTLE Dawn. I have no problem with losing a fight. I do have a problem with veteran players stooping to such low levels. If you wanted the relic, why didn't you want to fight for it? Evidently f69 was scared to take it when mL was around it hot and heavy, so you waited until it was relatively unguarded (by large alliance standards, anyway), suddenly changed mL from friendly to hostile, and attacked. Like I said above, what a genleman you are!

Kane: How an I deluded? It is common knowledge that you always attack anyone that disagrees with you. You dislike being called out, so you resort to crying about my character. Granted, I did indeed start it by calling you out and foretelling how I expected you to arrive in this discussion, and thus far, I have hit the mark rather accurately. As for answering my points, no, you haven't. You never do. You huff and puff, go on about how anyone that disagrees with you is wrong, describe them with numerous adjectives, and dance around without giving an answer. I only asked one question in my posts that f69 should answer, and thus far, nobody had done so.

I don't hate you Kane, and there is no specific bias against you. No need to try to gain sympathy amongst the members of the BD community. Calling you and your alliance backstabbers is not a lie. Common sense tells even the newest of newbs that if you have an alliance marked as friendly, you don't attack them. If you DO attack a friendly marked alliance, you are backstabbing. Not difficult to understand at all. You would think that a group of veteran players would understand that. As you said, though, blue is only a color. So is yellow. I'll give another opinion here: I think that f69 waited until mL went to war because they knew that they couldn't take mL without them being engaged in another campaign.

Vincent: Seems that you guys are trying to blame this whole ordeal on Redwurm. It is a fallacy to do so. I understand that there was a NAP in place until tick 1500, then the NAP ended. It was understood that we kept you guys marked as friendly, and you guys did the same. Why didn't you guys change your stance before your relics passed by us? Easy answer there. You knew that we would not attack anyone marked as friendly. As I've said several times in this thread, we acted with honor in allowing f69 to keep those two lightly armed relics. Congrats on your new relic! f69 is in no way bound by the same ethics as we are. You guys have to live with that, not us!

simmen: You are quite likely correct. No doubt that Lirik is a great player. I've played with him before. The more I think about it, the more I tend to agree with your sentiment. Thanks!

Kane (again): There is no "feigned surprise." Just because you, all high, mighty, and full of yourself (as always), says something does not make it true. I sincerely believe that you think that people should bow down and pay homage to you, man! You come across as seeming to think that people should listen to you and snap to just because you are the great Kane. Are you really as vain as you appear on here? For some reason, everything you say just comes across that way to me. Obviously others see it too, as you tend to squabble with quite a few players.

As for not getting the relics out of Africa if we had backstabbed you guys, we just may have been able to pull that off. Meh....moot point. As expounded upon already, mL would never have attacked an alliance we had marked as friendly. That would be wrong and unethical.
