Allow trading over 15k if you have the storage to 30k boost

In Missile Report, add a space between the OP number sentence and the number killed, so the number is not confused as the number killed by the nuke.

Different ETAs out of an OP to the same target are not being split up in the outgoing radar. Show up as 1 wing.

Bring indication of whose spy you killed, back, if your protection won. Currently just says a hostile spy was captured.

Should be able to grab nukes without energy, just need energy for launching... same with placing an OP without resources, should only pay for the confirmation, not the placement.
