I have a dragon lair in f2 with a dragon on it and yet when i try to click on it to launch it i can't. the option to dismiss the dragon and and the scan thingy come up also i can't see it in the orders tab so i can't launch it that way either.

Next time you run into a bug try to provide screenshots if possible it helps a ton :)

Make also sure to pass a message along to your world admin, and include the coordinates of the outpost, so they can check it out.

My guess would be you did not have the 24 control ticks on the op.
