The costs was a bug:

Should be 1 worker + 25E to plant a spy, this also adds -1 to worker growth.

Should be 50 energy for 50 spy protection on any target
Should be 25 energy for 50 spy protection when your master spy/spy ship is present.

Spy protection goes up by 1 per tick when the master spy/spy ship is present.

But since spy protection also goes down 1 per tick - if you have your master spy on your colony, the protection would be going up by 1 tick as well as going down... +1 and -1 per tick = 0, or no change in protection ticks?

And wouldn't that make buy spy protection the only way to get spy pro? Which would make energy even scarcer... >.<

I feel it's supposed to be +1 T.P., which means Master Spy adds +2 Spy Ticks per turn to balance the -1 one. :P

my spy does nothing , went to add cheap spy pro , says spy nott preasant , move my spy out to plant a agent , well even sitting here 2 ticks its still not an option
