I started 2 games today (as you see, I'm a newcomer), one in Mars 1 and another in Mars2. Got trhrough tutorials and was building up quite satisfactorily. But now I checked in and after opening the worlds screen, can't find my name and the ongoing games any more. When I go to the world, it gives me the tutorial all from the beginning again. Was I eliminated?

Remark: when I ask to find my name on the map, my colony seems to be still there.

Can anybody help me, please?

Maybe the worlds restarted? And maybe someone took your name?

Or you got deleted due to inactivity.

In this game you are not "eliminated"

Are you sure you created an account in the first place? If you want to continue, you have to register first

Wow. I am really sorry it took so long to respond here! Im not sure how i passed this one over.

Alright, Lets start with a couple questions.

Did you use the quick play feature to join? If so, did you register before logging out?

In order to help you, i need to better understand how this may have occurred since I am not getting any other reports like yours.

I've pm'ed him and talked to him ingame and is helping him, no problem
