I have a role-play game I'd like to post but it seems I can't make a topic in any of the fantasy sections, or the RP section it self, why are there 4 topics there if I can't make another one?

When I go into the Role-Play section, it doesn't show the "Post a New Topic" button, and when I go into fantasy, it doesn't show the button either. How do I post a new topic if the button isn't there?

Yeah, neither section appears to be locked. Try clearing your cache & cookies.
