I'm not sure where to put this, but since this is the help desk, I would probably guess to put it here.

Anyway, I just recently bought an Ultimate Game Card, 20$. So I went and bought the 15$ purchase. Well, if you can do the math, I should still have 5$ left. So I went to my email to check how to use the extra 5$, and it said that I have to order it again and then you will see the 5$ on your account on PayByCash. The problem is, I don't have an account on PayByCash. So that also means I can't get the 5$ extra. If you know where I can get it admins or anyone, please send me a message.

Unfortunately, this is something we have absolutely no control over. You would have to contact PayByCash customer service directly. I recommend you make an account on PaybyCash before doing so, so that if they are able to get your 5$ back, then they have somewhere to put it.

It seems to me that they wouldnt let you use their services without the verification of identity, but I have never paid by game card thingy personally.

Anyway, contact PayByCash directly, as they handle your payments. We do not. We only get notification from PayByCash when someone has made a transaction and money has been put into our PayByCash account, at which time tokens are awarded to the person who paid. Anything beyond that is out of our power. Sorry :(
