i don't think they're planning to add any new worlds maybe another earth world not sure. but if you mean when will the current worlds end. when the era ends

If you mean new worlds as servers:
No new worlds are comming out, however, they are thinking of making old client worlds.
If you mean new worlds as eras:
On 1 tick per hour servers (single ticks) once the tick number reaches 3500, havoc starts, which is the period before the world restarts. On 2 ticks per hour servers (double ticks) once the tick number reaches 5000, the same happens.
