geez will u guys just please just chill out seth and the other admins are doing what they can to help all of you out even considering that the problem did not occur on their end. there are only so many admins and they can only do so many things at a given time but as long as i've played BD they always keep their word (this is a new account btw so dont judge the date it says i joined)

bbcollinbb12 You shouln't be saying that kind of stuff. The admins do things like that for a reason. Also this is NOT the place to insult other admins or think that BD ripped anyone off simply because you have a grudge on the Admin. That's uncalled for please keep this stuff away from topics that are about a completely different subject. Thank You.

hi!!i experienced same way too…i ordered 6000 red tokens and we paid $90 for it…until now for how many days it doesnt appear on my account…we use VISA card for purchasing the token…i followed all the instructions and do the refresh thing but nothings happen…im disappointed on it..$90 for nothing…hope you can solve this problem and deliver my token that i ordered…thanks

lol seth this has happen to more then just him or anyone else. in the past say 2 or so weeks this has happened more then 10 times from JUST forum threads, let alone how much personal messages you have gotten (from just my friends 3 at the least)

we always whine and moan as to why this is such a small community and blah blah, maybe your payment services need to improve before it grows larger as if this happens on such a large scale with a large game, that will kill the game REALLY quickly

Looks like you haven't completed the payment process.
When we receive a notification from the payment processing company, the tokens will be added to your account. This isn't always instantly. Some providers needs time to verify your purchase. The fastest way is at the moment when you use a verified paypal account. Bank transfers and E-checks could take 3-5 days.
Please log into your email mailbox, there you'll find in most cases (except pay by phone) the receipt with details of your purchase. If you haven't got them in a reasonable amount of time, you can contact us at [email protected]
Please include the transaction ID and your username.
