Its been a while since I've last played, but if I remember correctly your colony gives you a max of 500 workers with each additional settlement adding 200 to the population cap. Right now i have approximately 550 workers with no settlements, and I cant find where it tells me how many I can have. Has the limit changed or do I still need to build a settlement soon?
