Often this isn't decided until criteria are met,

Other worlds aren't resetting same day
Event is finished
~relics all captured
~admin conquered all/admin has been conquered
~etc
People are bored with havoc

There are some players that play primarily for havoc :lol:

Generally the admin will tell you a day or two in advance when the anticipated reset time is.

btw i used to paly the old version too..ive been playing for a while...remember ICE? i was in that we won so many times and then some how we all got conquered.....lol we were winning like every era
