To correct some of this and make it a bit easier to understand:

Score is a summary of everything, rank is based upon your score.

1 power = 10 score
1 crystal = 20 score
1 relic = 1000 score

1 conquer = 1 power
25 population = 1 power

Units give power based off worker count.
10 workers = 1 power
1 infantry = 1 worker
1 vehicle = 2 workers
1 tank = 3 workers

A crystal is given at 30 power, for being top voter of the week, and for every 200 votes.
