When I click on the start chat button it says "System: Connecting..." and it never pulls up. It just says connecting... the whole time. I can not access it on any of the worlds. I have tried clearing my caches and it did not help. How can I solve this problem? I have never been able to since it came out but I really need it now and it is urgent!

There's a certain limit to the history of the chat that can be retrieved so you can only retrieve a couple of days worth of chat.

Well that is not the problem. The chat will not pull up at all. Still no solutions?
