I've been on BD, and the forum on and off for the past 3 hours or so, and have been getting the "unable to establish connection with server" and "page not found" errors about 40% of the time. The forum and the game itself seems to be working for 5-6 mins of every 10. Is thia a specific problem that you are aware of?
