First, you have to upload your picture onto a website that hosts pictures, such as photobucket or something, then when you upload it, a URL will be available, and you can just copy and paste that up to your forum message :D

This is more of a topic for the Help Desk, so I'm moving the topic. Use google to search up pictures, make sure they no larger than 150x150 and 6KiB. If you want, you can click Show Options, then trype in a size you want, I always type in 150x150 but thats just me.
