I noticed last night that my conquer was providing no resources and when I checked it out it was because he was on vacation. The control ticks were at 41 at that time they are still running out. How is this fair. If he goes on vacation and provides no resource he should also have his control ticks frozen so the situation is similar when he gets back. This smells like cheating.
