Any ideas? My firefox is fully updated, so is flash. Cache has been cleared. tried almost everything.

Everything works fine on mars and earth worlds, all my friends play on the Fantasy 3

To my knowledge, you are the only one reporting this problem. It is impossible for us to know everything going on at your end that could contribute to such an issue, but if I had to take a stab at it, I would say that this is a connectivity issue.

I dont know what connection speeds you have or how reliable your ISP is but all of our servers are functioning normally, so as long as you have followed all directions listed here, you shouldn't be having any problems unless it is something beyond our control such as high latency and/or low connection speeds.

If anyone else is having this problem, please post general geographic location and internet connection speeds. Thank you.

ISP: BT broadband

It's wierd, because i can log on to other type of worlds like Mars and Earth, but any fantasy world and theres either a blue screen (F3) or a black screen, and no place to build a colony or outpost. But the HUD works fine. Very strange.


Update: Its not computer side, Ive tried to log on using my dads computer downstairs, but the same thing occurs.


Is there anyway a protection can be put on my castle until this issue is resolved?

These look like DSL connection speeds (if you are paying for cable broadband, you may want to look into what kinds of speeds your service provider promised you, and see if this result matches up!). The main servers are on the East coast of the USA, so this reinforces my thought that this was a latency issue.
The thing about DSL is, the closer to the main hub you are, the better your speed, and the more people on your ISP's network in your area at a given time, the less consistancy you are likely to get out of the network.

This explains why the problem arose in the first place, and then how it would inexplicable resolve itself without any aid from you or I.

I was not incinuating that your PC was the problem..just that there are variables on your end that are impossible for us to detect, such as connection speeds and latency issues on your network. Dont fret though, we are always working to improve connection speeds and loading functions in the client, so eventually you should notice this happening less, and eventually not at all.
