Ubuntu 9.4
Firefox 3.0.14
Flash 10.0 r32
Also tried Opera 10, same problem.
I cleared cache and cookies in both, although as a brand-new user I can't see how that would help, as I've never had any flash client from battlegate on this or any other computer.
I suppose this game doesn't support linux.
Delete me, I've wasted enough time.
One ticked-off noob.

I'd doubt that flash would operate that different on linux... however I have had issued with flash where it downloaded the wrong version to FF/Chrome before. If you did the auto-download from their site it will link you to installing flash for the wrong browser. If you haven't quit already it may be worth a shot.
Unfortunately I really haven't had a need to mess with a Linux box so I don't have one built to test it out.
I've definitely had that issue with flash installing the wrong add-on a few times though.

Dear One Pissed off Noob,
Current version of firefox is version 3.5.3 You are using 3.0.x
Please update so that your flash version for firefox, and firefox itself are in compliance and up to date. After this is done, clear cache, cookies etc., and restart firefox. If this fails the first time, please reboot your computer and try firefox again.
Perhaps then we wont be pissed off anymore? yeah?
