A world is havoc is essentially a sandbox mode normally the admin will give out tons of resources and you get to go crazy.

It is time for players to rest and it allows admins to reset eras not too close to other eras as well.

Also you can not join a world which is in havoc you have to be playing on the world before it enter havoc.
