Okay so I've been trying since 9 AM to log in to the client, it's now half past 10 so I'm at my wits end and so have chose to make this topic despite the fact I know there are probably dozens like it.

Whenever I click launch the client doesn't load, it just fades to black..

I am using Mozilla Firefox, I have cleared all browsing history, cookies, caches etc. My flash player is up to date and I've never had problems like this for so long before.

I literally have no idea what's going wrong.

Yeah that's worked thanks bro :) I still don't understand why firefox isn't working... hope it isn't permanent.
