An alliance member of mine has boosted and not received his tokens. I know normally you're told to message the admin of your world to query it, but normally they tell you to talk to the provider of the reds since it isn't dealt with BD itself (I might be wrong).

So I'm wondering if anyone knows the contact details for this rather than the world admin to reply to a message :)

u would usually jsut get the transaction id

but sinc ei never got a email from paypal i am just screwed

Well, normally you'll get 2 PM's on the forums.
1, saying the transaction was started, and 2nd, stating it was finished.

If you got the first PM saying it was started, but never got the second one, it means that you either never finished the checkout, OR, the payment is in processing.
I've had a few occasions where i used a pre-paid card that had exactly $18 on it, used it to boost, and I didn't get the tokens until a WEEK later, because paypal has to go through its process of verifying the address of the card.
Thats just one example.
Other forms of delays are:
Bank transfers, insufficient funds, unknown address, unconfirmed accounts, holidays (for Instant bank transfers).

If you dont have a transaction ID via paypal, then you more than likely haven't completed a transaction yet.

Correct. It is VERY important to have that Transaction ID.

If you have a Transaction ID to show that the payment was successful, and have not yet received your tokens, give it one hour. If after that hour, still no tokens, email your transaction ID to me at

admin@battledawn.com

and I will help you out. =)
