The issue is connectivity, not the chat or anything else.

We put the "server busy" note up to display when the client is having trouble communicating with the server. The client does not know that the connection is either down because we brought it down, or because your router died or any other possibility. It only knows that there is a problem with the connection, and therefore displays the "busy" note.

Run a traceroute from your PC to identify what part of the connection is giving you problems. You can run an internet search for your operating system to learn how to run a trace route for it. It is fairly simple.

NOTE: A server backup runs on the :50 of every hour, and can take a minute or two to run (sometimes more depending on traffic). During this time, the connection to the server hosting BD may be interrupted temporarily.
