don't think anyone can create a account, I keep hearing that the account activation e-mails are not being sent.

I have figured it out, if you went to the RC page and use that Register link, I guess that still uses the old register system that has that email activation. If you clear your cookies then it goes to the correct register page.

Nope, this is my brother that is having problems, he tried to clearing the cache and cookies, he gets the new register page and fills out the form, but it still says he has to activate using the activation e-mail, but the activation e-mail dosn't get sent.

Has anyone registered in the last couple days?
