Lol we were talking about colonies? Bad Aister talking about downgrading ops make me think we were talking about ops lol.

Yeah, colonies don't get reset, ops do.

I said that the downgrading OP make the control tick reset, while it won't "downgrade" the colony means it won't reset the CT...

Op doesn't have to be downgraded to be reset. I'm getting confused here, lol
