A missile of mine hits an OP. And my fleets attacking are 2 ticks behind. Will the radiation affect my own units when they get to the OP as well?

the radiation will affect ANY new squads arrive at the scene, it doesn't matter if it's u or the one u're nuking or some other random guys.
