I guess, i sent a complaint email to Paypal, i may call, it's easter so they may not answer back immediately. It just makes me mad that it happened, ah

They told me to look at purchase history, however i didn't do it through an account, i did it through the card payment, and then it said to talk to the seller, which im assuming is battledawn? And if they don't give a refund to file a dispute, so i'm really lost as to what to do

We do not do reoccurring charges, so both payments done on a credit card should have an individual transaction ID number. Please include the payment method and a transaction ID for both payments. Thanks!

Just checked the bank statement to find the trans id's and it only had one payment listed instead of the two, the other one must not have gone through and we got the money back, it was weird but anyways it got fixed!
