if the original way of fixing your loading problem doesnt work then heres how you do it ( sorry the only way is manually)

first go to tools then internet options under the browsing history section go to settings (first tab middle of the popup) then find the view files button and click it once the files load press ctrl+a to select all then right click in the blue highlighted space and click delete it will leave some files but not all of them then you should be able to log in
