Why is it so difficult to find an empty castle to start by game?

I tried the fantasy 2 world and also a mars world, but could not start building my game. All it says is that it is too close to the colonies.

What should I do about this?

you can not take a castle thats theree, you need to find a empty spot ;)

when u try to make it show a ring, nothing can be within that ring :)
