So I went to town today to get some e-cig refills since my first one ran out :) It lasted me a month and was only a fiver so I much prefer them to real cigarettes.

I got off the bus and went to the store to get refills where I heard it was 3 for £10. Once I got in they said no it's 2 for £10, but since they last so long I thought it was okay. I then went through town a bit and found another shop, owned by the same guy who originally sold me the 2 refills, except here it was 3 for £10 and a friend was looking after this shop.

So I went back to the original shop (where there was a sign saying no refunds) and told them my e-cig was broken, but I'd come back and buy a new one with them, but for now can I return these refills while they're useless and they said yes ^_^ I then walked to the others store (where the boss followed me -_-) and bought 3 e-cig refills. The owner went sick at me, saying he was going to call the police and the mall/town security guards came on accusation that I stole from them, only to walk off laughing once they'd heard the story.

So who is in the wrong here? Me for lying because the sign said no refunds or the owner for ripping his clients off? :D

You for allowing greeny to win F2.

But the owner is in the wrong for allowing you to get a refund when the policy is no refunds. What kind of management sets that example and doesnt expect to be taken advantage of. Amateur.

Lol, what would you have done had the cops slapped the cuffs on... Wouldnt that be a heck of a story to tell a judge.

Congrats on your successful venture!

-Pete

ripping the customer off is actually fine... the price is shown in clear view and he isn't forcing u into buying it. It's u who chose to walk in and pay.

Umm Aister, that's illegal. You can't sell marchandise at a higher price than what you advertised. So Andy, good job!

from wat I get from GameOver... he "heard" it was 2, probably from friends, but then it was 3. However he still decided to buy it. Then it's not the shop's fault.

If the shop advertise it officially through magazine, flyers or any other media that they are selling for 2, he should told him and force him to sell with the advertised price. Even so, he still decided to buy it then again, it's not the shop's fault.

:D

Hi Andy, Every evening before going, eat a strategy cup of clean fresh packed lemon juice with 1/2 tsp of lotion of tartar. The lotion of tartar obviously allows eliminate the smoke smoking cigarettes from your program while the clean fresh packed lemon juice changes Supplement C. Do this for 1 month and possibilities are your desires will reduce. It's more organic and more affordable than the "patch" or recommended medicines. I don't know all everything about this, but it did work for me. I have stored a lot of money not purchasing tobacco. They are $7.00 a program in some locations in New You are able to.
