1) If I relocate does my control ticks reset?
2) Can I join an alliance then immediately relocate?
3) Or, based on 2), Can I relocate then immediately join an alliance?
4) How are the cost of relocation calculated?
5) When I join an alliance does my control ticks reset?
6) When I leave an alliance does my radar get jammed?

5:. Amount of workers, distance, troops in colony. Someone probably has the exact formula for it ;)
