if u launch squads with delay before being lockk down. u dont risk anything.
just u mmust choose safe destination lol.

but ur delay must be finish before ennemy arrive on their target. cause even with delay, enemy squads can war ur squads.

for example:
ennemy attak > eta 3
u > u must do delay by 3tics maximum in the same tic before lock down activate.

no. tick 1: squads launch, delay ETA 2. tick 2. op lockdown. it is still on the op, as long as it stays in delay. once the delay ETA is over, the squads can move. but its in lockdown, so it can't :(

but if there is no delay ETA, the squads get out. simple as that.

the simply is:
example:
- the lock down active in tic X and ennemy is in ETA 1;
> u must delay by 1 tic in tic X-2 -or- delay by 2 tics in tic X-3 -or- ....etc.

Delayed units sent PRIOR to the lockdown do in fact still leave once the delay has expired. Regardless of the "lockdown" status of the Colony or Op. At least they did.

I believe however, it is something that is in the works to be fixed since they are still "on" the location. ie: fight and are affected by other spy attacks. I thought is was supposed to be fixed already but I guess not, it must be a bit more difficult to change than expected, since it's effectively "Stopping" a squad mid-flight.
