Join an Alliance right away, once you get to know more people and get better at playing, you can move up in the Alliances to get in better Alliances. But try not to stay by yourself, you always need help :)

You must ask a person to join their alliance. If they want you in, they will send you an invite that will show in ur events. You can then accept/deny from there.
