when will the EXP be coming out?
when will the in game alliance forum be implaced?

no one know, all we know is that it's on the list and a update will cause worlds to be down, and probly be tested in RC worlds first

Until now those questions can only be answered by Administrators. Anyway, patience is the best ally. The only update I know that is being developed atm is a kind of ingame BD chat that allows you to communitcate with other members to be used like the ingame alliance forum.
About the BD calculator, it alreaddy exist, tho it isn't ingame, you can download it and use it freely, you can google it OR you can look for it in the old forums (dunno if there was the newest calculator but I remember one in there).
